Refund Poilicy

REFUND REQUESTS

• No refunds of any kind after the game has been recorded or editing has started.

• No refunds for undesirable performance or injury of the athlete.

You may request a refund up until 24-hours before your scheduled filming or before editing has begun if you are having us edit your raw footage. You will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Refunds will be provided via check and will be mailed within 2 business days after a refund has been approved. To request a refund, please info@midfieldvideos.com with the following information:

• Your name

• Your invoice number

• Your mailing address where you’d like your refund check sent

• Reason for cancellation

CREDIT REQUEST

You can also request a credit to be used for future coverage which will not incur the 10% fee and will be valid for 365 days. To request a credit, please info@midfieldvideos.com.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

• You can reschedule up until 24 hours before the event. 

• If a game is cancelled due to weather, we will work with you to find a time to cover another game.

• No penalty fees will be accessed due to weather cancellation or acts of God, if the videographer is contacted before they leave their house for the game.

• If the videographer is on site, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the videographer’s rate for that game and any travel fees.

• Your remaining balance may go toward recording another upcoming game.
